We generally get paid from the sellers! Our commission rates vary depending on the individual property. Before a homeowner sells their property the listing agent will discuss their projected net income from the sale and determine an amount of that equity that will be paid to both the listing agent and the buyers agent. These numbers vary but are always available to the agent and should be discussed prior to writing an offer.
